rime Minister KP Sharma Oli today responded to queries raised by the lawmakers on government plans and policies.Addressing the Parliament after deliberation on government plans and policies ended, Oli said the government will construct the Kathmandu-Nijgadh fast-track as per Parliament directives.PM Oli also stressed on holding local elections without delay.Stating that 2016 will be the year of implementing the new constitution, Oli said that there exist no constitutional or legal hurdles to hold the polls unlike questions raised against it by the lawmakers.He said the upcoming budget will incorporate important issues that had missed out in government’s policies and programs.President Bidhya Devi Bhandari presented government’s plans and policies before the parliament on May 8.
